3-Engine
The 3-Engine is a tool developed to automate development, manufacturing and testing of devices. We developed this tool because it is everything we were missing in our own development cycles.
At manufacturing time, the 3-Engine is shipped to the manufacturer to replace the typical "Bed of Nails", and offer far more testing and remote management capabilities.
The top side the 3-Engine includes a custom stage with bed of nails, where the manufactured device is to be placed for configuration and testing.

- Fully automated programming, testing, and reporting of each manufactured device.
- Device-specific stages can be swapped as needed.

- Test resuls uploaded to backend interface, for total manufacturing traceability.
- Unlimited configuration of real time test applications, using both Linux and FreeRTOS subsystems.
- The system allows for remote management via VPN, for firmware files, test cases, manufacturing menus, and test result formatting.
